Russell Westbrook, Russell Westbrook and Russell Westbrook! Do we really need to say anything else or can we all just agree by now that the Oklahoma City Thunder point guard is nearly an automatic must start Daily Fantasy option night in and night out for fantasy owners.
The five time All-Star is putting together one of the most memorable seasons that we have seen from any NBA star. Westbrook enters the Wednesday Night showdown versues the Washington Wizards with a chance to cap off one of the most amazing starts we have seen in the NBA if he can post yet again another triple double.
Currently the Thunder’s point guard is the latest to average a triple double into a season since the late Oscar Robinson. Now for FanDuel owners that type of success has showed up in fantasy numbers all season long. This includes over his last five games where he has posted at least 60 fantasy points in three games while the other two games going for no less than 54 fantasy points.
Here is our top NBA FanDuel Options for Wednesday November 30th, 2016
Point Guards – Russell Westbrook & John Wall
The clash of the point guards takes place on Wednesday Night as Wall leads his Wizards into Oklahoma City to take on Westbrook and the Thunder. These two playmakers are combining to post 100 fantasy points per game something that should make every fantasy owner extremely happy. While Westbrook doesn’t have the top matchup at the position Wall will look to take advantage of Thunder defense that has struggled against opposing point guards (3rd most fantasy points allowed to the position).
Other Point Guard Fantasy Options we like is Isaiah Thomas & Goran Dragic.
Fantasy Sleeper Option we like is Sergio Rodriguez (monitor lineup status).
Shooting Guards – Rodney McGruder & Zach LaVine
We could have easily gone with DeMar DeRozan tonight as one of our top two fantasy options. In the end we went cheaper at the shooting guard position with LaVine and McGruder. LaVine is riding back to back strong fantasy perfomances while McGruder should see 30 plus minutes giving him a ton of opportunities to put up some fantasy numbers.
Other Shooting Guard Fantasy Options we like are DeMar DeRozan & Bradley Beal.
Fantasy Sleeper option we like is Rodney McGruder.

Small Forwards – Rudy Gay & Marcus Morris
Here are two fantasy options we like on Wednesday Night simply based on their potential against two teams that have struggled against small forwards this season. For Gay he will get a crack at a Philadelphia 76ers team allowing the most fantasy points to opposing small forwards in the NBA while Morris gets a crack at a Boston Celtics team that is allowing the third most.
Other Small Forward Fantasy Options we like include Carmelo Anthony.
Fantasy Sleeper option we like is P.J. Tucker.
Power Forwards – Ersan Ilasova & Gorgui Dieng
We elected to go cheaper at the power forward position but with options that can produce some solid fantasy numbers. Ilasova has postd over 20 fantasy points in four of his last five games while Dieng has posted over 20 in eight straight including four of those contests with over 30. If you go cheaper at the point guard position or than with Gay you could go with Kristaps Porzing is as well.
Other Power Forward Fantasy Options we like is Kristaps Porzingis.
Fantasy Sleeper Option we like is Larry Nance Jr.
Center Option – Jusuf Nurkic
For us Nurkic is the best option based on the available salary cap space and the potential we could get out of the Denver Nuggets center tonight. Enteirng tonight Nuric has posted over 32 fantasy points in two of his last five games. Tonight he has a very favorable matchup against a Miami Heat team that ranks second in the NBA in fantasy points allowed to opposing centers.
Other Center Fantasy Options we like is DeMarcus Cousins.
Fantasy Sleeper Option we like is Tarik Black.
