NFL FanDuel Lineup for Sunday, November 1st 2015

Fanduel NFL Turn $5 into 100K

That time of the week has arrived for daily fantasy owners to take a shot at a top prize of a half a million dollars. With that being said we see a few fantasy matchups this weekend that could produce some high scoring fantasy outputs. One of those games is the San Diego Chargers heading out east to take on the struggling Baltimore Ravens.

This is a perfect fantasy weekend to use quarterback Philip Rivers against a Ravens secondary that has been scorched by other quarterbacks including Derek Carr and Josh McCown over the past few weekends. Along with Rivers you have a few solid fantasy options at wide receiver including Keenan Allen but someone line Steve Johnson might be a better option at a cheaper price tag.

Along with Rivers you could also take a gamble on Joe Flacco and the Ravens offense in this contest. While Flacco has turned the ball over he has kept his team in the contest for much of the season this includes turnovers on their last drive against the Denver Broncos and Arizona Cardinals that could have either won or tied the game.

If the Ravens fall behind early, look for Marc Trestman to start to air the ball out to keep them in the contest. The other NFL matchup we like is the New York Giants heading to New Orleans to take on the Saints at the Mercedes Benz Superdome. This contest is slated to have the second highest over/under line of the action taking place during week 8 of the 2015 NFL season.

That being said here is our week 8 NFL FanDuel Lineup with options.

Quarterback – Cam Newton ($8,000): While we love Rivers as an option as well we ended up going with the Carolina Panthers quarterback. This weekend Newton will get a shot at the 32 ranked defense in the NFL when he leads to help his Panthers protect their home field against Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts on Monday Night Football.

Other top NFL FanDuel Quarterback Options include Philip Rivers, Carson Palmer and Eli Manning.

Running Back – Justin Forsett ($6,900): Coming off his impressive breakout year in 2014, Forsett has yet to live up to the fantasy hype outside of a few weekends so far. That being said the Ravens running back is facing off against a Chargers defense that is yielding the most fantasy points to opposing running backs in the NFL.

Running Back – Andre Ellington ($5,400): Ellington is another fantasy option we like that could see a lower percentage of usage on daily fantasy sites with most fantasy owners looking to Chris Johnson. For us we like Ellington’s upside despite the high risk status for this weekends contest.

Other top NFL FanDuel Running Back Options include Chris Johnson, Marshawn Lynch and Jonathan Stewart.

Wide Receiver – Corey Brown ($4,700): Since we are going with Newton as our quarterback we needed to go with at least one of his receivers. Now Ted Ginn might be the top option we elected to avoid him as his percentage of usage could be high this week against the Colts.

Wide Receiver – Julio Jones ($9,200): Now we elected to go with the top two wide receiver options this weekend in Jones as well as Odell Beckham Jr. Jones and the Atlanta Falcons will face off against division rivals the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who have allowed 10 touchdown receptions to the wide receiver position this season.

Wide Receiver – Odell Beckham Jr ($8,700): Beckham might not look like a top fantasy option this weekend on paper but the high over/under number is telling us someone has to be finding the end zone during the Giants/Saints game in order for them to top 50 points.

Other top NFL FanDuel Wide Receiver Options include Kamar Aiken (Sleeper), Willie Snead, Stefon Diggs, Justin Hunter (Sleeper), Mike evans and Kenny Britt.

Tight End – Tyler Eifert ($6,000): The Cincinnati Bengals tight end is a solid option this weekend going up against a Pittsburgh Steelers defense that has allowed six touchdowns to the position over the course of the first seven weeks. Now we would have loved to had Rob Gronkowski but with him playing on Thursday Night Football that led us to look elsewhere.

Other top NFL FanDuel Tight End Options include Ladarius Green, Jason Witten and Crockett Gillmore.

Kicker – Steven Hauschka ($5,100): We love the Seattle Seahawks matchup in week 8 against the Dallas Cowboys. Add in the fact that Hauschka has put up at least double digit fantasy points in four of his last five games makes him a solid fantasy kicker option.

Other top NFL FanDuel Kicker Options include Justin Tucker, Chandler Catanzaro and Kai Forbath.

Defense – Arizona Cardinals: ($5,400): After watching the St. Louis Rams rack up 25 fantasy points against the Cleveland Browns last week we elected that we were going to use their opponent in week 8. That being said the Cardinals defense could force some havoc for Josh McCown and the Browns offense.

Other top NFL Defense Options include Minnesota Vikings, Green Bay Packers and St. Louis Rams.
