The MLB schedule is in full force on Wednesday for FanDuel owners to cash in on. That being said we got around to this article a little late today to get you a lineup to cash in on the seven game slate of games that get underway early on Wednesday May 4th, 2016. That being said that leaves us with solid seven game lineup that gets underway this evening.
Now as we start to look at the slate the first place we have elected to start building from was the starting pitching slot. For us this wasn’t an easy option with only three fantasy starters averaging more than 30 points a game taking the mound. Those options include Drew Smyly for the Tampa Bay Rays, Jose Fernandez for the Miami Marlins and Aaron Sanchez.

For us though the one option we like tonight is the Houston Astros starter Mike Fiers. After his rough start, Fiers has been brilliant over his last three starts for fantasy owners posting at least 30 fantasy points in each of those contests. Tonight he will look to continue that success against the Minnesota Twins.
Entering tonight the Twins rank 25th in team runs batted in, 20th in team ops and 18th in team batting average. All of these numbers point to Fiers putting together another solid fantasy start tonight for his daily fantasy owners. The next big question is who do we surround him with tonight to take home the cash.
SP – Mike Fiers ($7,900): Fiers is an interesting case tonight based on his matchup tonight against the Twins. Now looking for a fantasy sleeper option one that we like tonight is Tyler Wilson for the Baltimore Orioles against a struggling New York Yankees team.
C – J.T. Realmuto ($2,900): Looking for hot players who could help contribute to our lineup tonight we landed on the Miami Marlins catcher. Realmuto has been red hot of late posting at least 12 fantasy points in four straight games while picking up at least two hits in three of those games.
1B – Justin Smoak ($2,200): Smoak might be the biggest gamble of all the options tonight but we like his upside. The Toronto Blue Jays first baseman is coming off hitting his first two home runs of the season last night add that to the fact he is seven for 16 off of Colby Lewis in his career makes him a great Fantasy Sleeper Option tonight.
2B – Jonathan Schoop ($2,400): Were sticking with the Baltimore Orioles second baseman tonight. After his slow start, Schoop has been showing some signs of life picking up hits in six straight games. Now its just a matter of time before his power starts to return to his swing.
3B – Manny Machado ($4,200): The Orioles trend continues with us as we expect them to put up some runs tonight against C.C. Sabathia. We also considered going with the other top option in Josh Donaldson as well.
SS – Carlos Correa ($4,100): Since we stacked a few fantasy sleeper at a few of the other positions it allowed us to go with a few of the top fantasy options as well. One of those options is Correa who will benefit from hitting in a hitter friendly ballpark.
OF – Giancarlo Stanton ($4,900): Stanton is a must start option tonight for any fantasy lineup. The Marlins outfielder has been red hot of late picking up five home runs over his last ten games while posting six games of over 12 fantasy points.
OF – George Springer ($3,600): The Astros outfielder is riding back to back games with a home run making him a great option tonight. Springer enters this game with four doubles, six home runs and 14 runs driven in on the year.
OF –Adam Jones ($2,700): The Orioles outfielder has struggled to get off to the same hot start we have seen from a few of his teammates. That being said he has picked up two multi hit games over his past five games. Jones has a very favorable matchup tonight against CC Sabathia who he has four career home runs off in 62 career at bats.
