LeBron James, Kevin Durant look to deliver cash for fantasy owners on FanDuel tonight. James and the Cleveland Cavaliers host the first place Toronto Raptors. These two teams have both played well over their last ten games each winning seven games. The only difference has been how well the Cavaliers led by James have played over their last seven games all resulting in wins.
Over that stretch, James has dropped over 30 fantasy points per game in all ten games including five games with 40 or more. The last time James faced off against Toronto, the Cavaliers super star dropped 24 points to go along with seven rebounds, 13 assists, one block shot and three steals while posting 55.9 fantasy points.
Durant on the other hand has been limited in his three games since returning from his foot injury with much of that due to his 30 minute time restriction. The Oklahoma City Thunder star dropped 28 points to go with four rebounds and four assists in the team’s last game against the Detroit Pistons. Tonight Durant along with teammate Russell Westbrook get a shot at a Milwaukee Bucks team that is allowing nearly 100 points a game.
In all 16 teams are in action around the NBA tonight providing some solid fantasy options for FanDuel lineups. Here are some of the top fantasy options tonight as well as some FanDuel Bargains to consider when constructing your lineups.
Kobe Bryant, Los Angeles Lakers: The Lakers star is tied for the league lead in points per game at 25.2 heading into the contest tonight against the Sacramento Kings. This should be a solid matchup as the Kings enter allowing the ninth most points per game at 101.2 for the season.
J.R. Smith, New York Knicks: Smith will provide you a solid play to offset some of the bigger cost that your salary cap will take using players like Bryant, James or Durant. Smith has posted back to back games over 22 fantasy points. The $4,300 value makes him one of the top bargains on FanDuel tonight.
Ben McLemore, Sacramento Kings: McLemore is another solid bargain for tonight’s lineup as the Kings head to Los Angeles to take on the Lakers. The Lakers have struggled this season slowing down opponents as they are allowing a league high 110.9 points per game. Over their last six games the Lakers have allowed over 110 points in four of those contests.
Ed Davis, Los Angeles Lakers: Davis might not be the top option at power forward but at $4,600 he is hard to pass up on tonight. In the team’s last contest, Davis scored 12 points, added seven rebounds along with two blocked shots. There is a chance that Davis takes over the starting spot over the next couple weeks.
Tim Duncan, San Antonio Spurs: The Spurs have a great fantasy matchup against the Utah Jazz tonight. We recommend monitoring the starting lineups as well as other social media sources to confirm Duncan will be in the starting lineup as Greg Popovich has had a habit of resting some of his starters.
Other FanDuel options tonight include Carmelo Anthony, Anthony Davis, Mike Conley and Udonis Haslem (deep sleeper).
