Strategies
The NBA action is in full swing tonight as FanDuel owners look to cash in on the action. In all 13 NBA games are taking the court tonight around the NBA giving you 26 teams to build your FanDuel lineup around. This includes many of the NBA’s top fantasy options including Russell Westbrook, LeBron James, Anthony Davis, James Harden and Chris Paul.
That being said despite the endless amount of options for your lineup tonight you will have one difficult decision. Which of these superstars do you want to build your fantasy lineup around?
The first option would be to use Russell Westbrook who has posted at least 49.9 fantasy points in seven straight games. The downside is his salary is the highest of the bunch at $13,300. Davis is another great option posted at least 46.4 fantasy points in his last three games on the court. Downside to Davis is a salary of over $12k.
In the end you could find a way to build a lineup around two of these stars or elect to save the cap space on the remainder of your FanDuel Lineup.
Here is our FanDuel lineup for Wednesday March 25th.
PG – Chris Paul ($10,800): While we love using Russell Westbrook when he is on the floor Paul is a cheaper option that is still producing at a high level for fantasy owners. Paul has posted three straight games over 50 fantasy points and has a great matchup tonight against the New York Knicks.
PG – Jordan Clarkson ($5,700): The move to Clarkson comes one day after his stellar fantasy performance against the Oklahoma City Thunder. That being said he has another great matchup tonight against a Minnesota Timberwolves team allowing the third most fantasy points to the position over the past three weeks.
SG – Elijah Millsap ($3,600): In the end we elected to go with a FanDuel bargain type player at the shooting guard position to free up some additional salary. Millsap has the ability to put up over 20 fantasy points tonight against the Portland Trailblazers.
SG – Eric Bledsoe ($8,700): Bledsoe was the obvious choice at the shooting guard position with his ideal fantasy matchup tonight against the Sacramento Kings. Along with the matchup Bledsoe has the ability to post big time fantasy numbers on any giving night. This has showed up with his back-to-back 43 plus performances for his fantasy owners.
SF – Luc Richard Mbah a Moute ($5,000): Looking at the matchups the Philadelphia 76ers small forwards should have a chance to put up some fantasy numbers tonight. The 76ers host a Denver Nuggets team that is allowing the third most fantasy points to the position over the past three weeks.
SF – Chase Budinger, Minnesota Timberwolves ($4,700): Looking for value tonight Budinger and the Timberwolves take on the Los Angeles Lakers. Looking at his last five games, Budinger has posted at least 27 fantasy points in four of five.
PF – Anthony Davis ($12,400): This was the easy option tonight out of the most expensive fantasy options taking the court. Davis and the New Orleans Pelicans take on a Houston Rockets team allowing the most fantasy points over the past few weeks to the power forward position. That being said the Rockets could have Dwight Howard back on the court tonight.
PF – Brandon Bass ($5,500): Bass has posted back-to-back 25 point performances for his fantasy owners. The last time the Boston Celtics took on the Miami Heat, Bass finished with 35.8 fantasy points making him a great start tonight.
C – Bismack Biyombo ($3,600): The move to use Biyombo is a big time gamble without the set fantasy lineups tonight. That being said Al Jefferson is dealing with a knee injury that limited him to only 20 minutes on Monday Night. The Charlotte Hornets matchup tonight against the Brooklyn Nets is a favorable for Biyombo if he gets the start.
