The NFL Season rolls into week 15 as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers travel to St. Louis to take on the Rams on Thursday Night Football. With that being said the time is now for FanDuel owners to take advantage of the three remaining weeks of the NFL regular season by entering one of multiple contests kicking off tomorrow night including the $200k NFL Snap paying out a top prize of $15k.
As we start to put together our early week 15 NFL fantasy lineup we wanted to take a deep look at which players could put together big games on Thursday Night Football. The first of those players is rookie running back Todd Gurley who was limited in practice on Tuesday. After back to back single digit fantasy performances, Gurley bounced back with a 27.2 point fantasy performance last weekend for his fantasy owners.

Another fantasy play we like from this matchup is running back Charles Sims over Doug Martin. While Martin should get the bulk of the carries, the Buccaneers could look to Sims in the passing game. The Rams defense allowed nine catches for 65 yards to the Lions running game. Sims is a solid fantasy sleeper this week providing you some salary cap space at just $4,900.
Then you have a few solid wide receiver options as both teams allowed opposing receivers to put up some big time fantasy numbers last week. Golden Tate posted 24 fantasy points against the Rams while Willie Snead and Marques Colston each had at least 15 fantasy points for the New Orleans Saints against the Buccaneers.
Here is our early NFL FanDuel Lineup for Week 15 of the 2015 NFL season.
Quarterback – Alex Smith ($7,000): We looked at a few options including using Matt Stafford on Monday Night Football and Jameis Winston tonight. In the end Smith has a very favorable fantasy matchup against a struggling Baltimore Ravens team that continues to have issues in their secondary.
Other top NFL FanDuel Quarterback Options include Matthew Stafford, Tom Brady and Carson Palmer.
Running Back – Charles Sims ($4,900): While Sims might be the second option in Tampa Bay, the second year running back tallied just one play short of Martin last week. Look for Sims to get his chances as a pass catcher out of the backfield against the Rams defense.
Running Back – Giovani Bernard ($5,600): With Andy Dalton out, Marvin Lewis will need to turn to his running back tandem to carry the load. We could have went with Bernard or Jeremy Hill this weekend as they take on a San Francisco 49ers team that has allowed a league high 1,557 yards on the ground to go with 14 rushing touchdowns.
Other top NFL FanDuel Running Back Options include Denard Robinson, Ameer Abdullah and Adrian Peterson.
Wide Receiver – Tavon Austin ($5,900): Austin should have an opportunity to post some fantasy numbers this weekend against a Bucs defense that allowed two touchdown passes to Golden Tate last weekend.
Wide Receiver – Mike Evans ($7,900): After finishing with just five fantasy points last week we expect Evans to get back on track this weekend against the Rams. The Rams had a difficult time slowing down the Saints receivers last weekend including allowing two touchdown grabs to Marques Colston.
Wide Receiver – Julio Jones ($8,600): Jones has a very favorable matchup this weekend against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Along with Jones we also considered going with Allen Robinson to have a bounce back week after failing to reach double digits in his past ten games.
Other top NFL FanDuel Wide Receiver Options include Ted Ginn Jr, Danny Amendola, Jeremy Butler, John Brown, DeAndre Hopkins and Tyler Lockett.
Tight End – Rob Gronkowski ($8,500): It is uncertain how much time Gronkowski will see down the stretch but last weekends four catch, 87 yard and a touchdown game makes him a top fantasy option.
Other top NFL FanDuel Tight End Options include Eric Ebron, Richard Rodgers and Greg Olsen (If he can’t go we suggest going with Ed Dickson as a cheap option).
Kicker – Randy Bullock ($4,800): The New York Jets kicker enters week 15 riding back to back games with double digit fantasy numbers. That success should continue this weekend against a struggling Dallas Cowboys team on the road with perfect weather conditions inside the dome.
Other top NFL FanDuel Kicker Options include Mason Crosby, Stephen Gostkowski and Graham Gano.
Defense – Kansas City Chiefs ($5,200): Who knows who will be under center for the Ravens this weekend but it really doesn’t matter as Matt Schaub continues to throw interceptions for touchdowns and Jimmy Clausen struggled to put the ball in the end zone.
Other top NFL Defense Options include Seattle Seahawks, New England Patriots and the New York Jets.
