Tom Brady’s big game on Sunday should have him starting in fantasy leagues moving forward. Brady who was a must start fantasy quarterback for the past 10 plus years hadn’t played like that up till week 6. The fifteenth year veteran entered Sunday’s matchup against the Buffalo Bills with zero 300 yard games and zero games with three or more touchdowns.

The Patriots quarterback was able to put a one up in both columns as he finished the day with 361 yards and four touchdowns. Brady was able to accomplish this without a star wide receiver as well as a below average offensive line. Much of his success came from spreading the ball around as he connected with ten different receivers with three of them having four or more catches.

In the second quarter Brady connected with Tim Wright on a one yard score then followed it up with touchdown passes of 43 yards, 18 yards and 56 yards. Brandon LaFell led all Patriots receivers with four catches for 97 yards and two touchdowns. Brady also connected with Rob Gronkowski seven times for 94 yards and Julian Edelman nine times for 91 yards.
 

Here are some of the other top fantasy plays from Sunday.

Joe Flacco, Baltimore Ravens: The Ravens quarterback set the record for fastest five passing touchdown performance topping Ben Roethlisberger by over 12 minutes.  Flacco connected on all five passes within the first two minutes of the second quarter including two first quarter touchdowns to Torrey Smith.

DeSean Jackson, Washington Redskins: Jackson continues to be one of the teams bright this season after pulling in three catches for 115 yards and one touchdown. This marked the third game this season Jackson has had a reception of 60 plus yards making him a threat on each pass.

Matt Forte, Chicago Bears: Forte is a dual threat weapon thriving in Marc Trestmans offense this season. The dual threat running back rushed for 80 yard with two touchdowns and added ten catches for 77 yards. Forte is an added bonus for fantasy owners playing in PPR leagues as he has had at least five catches in every game this season.

Branden Oliver, San Diego Chargers: The Chargers might have found their running back of the future in Oliver. The rookie finished the game with 101 yards on 26 carries with one touchdown and added four catches for 23 yards.

Giovani Bernard, Cincinnati Bengals: The Bengals were without their star wide receiver A.J. Green on Sunday but Bernard did everything in his power to keep the Bengals in the game. Bernard finished the day with 137 yards rushing on 18 carries with one touchdown and added 20 yards on four catches.

Cam Newton, Carolina Panthers: The Panthers quarterback did everything in his power to help the Panthers to a tie with the Bengals on Sunday. The fourth year quarterback finished the game with 284 yards passing with two touchdowns and added a season high 107 yards and one touchdown on the ground.
